Question

I own a rental property in Texas and in Oklahoma, but live outside of either of these states. Do I need to file state taxes for either of these?

If there is at least $1,000 of gross income from Oklahoma sources, such as Oklahoma rental, complete the Oklahoma Form 511-NR.

Texas does not impose state income tax, so rental income isn't taxed at the state level.
