Solved

I received a IRS Form 3922 from my employer for the purchase of ESPP stock options, but I did not receive a 1099-B form, even though I sold some stocks. What do I do?

You don't have to do anything with the 3922, but since you say you sold some of the stocks in 2015, you need to report the sales.

There is still time left to send out 1099-B's so you should wait before you file. The deadline for sending out 1099-

B's is February 16, 2016. See Instructions for Payer on this link: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-access/f1099b_accessible.pdf
