K-1 Box 18 A amount and state information do not match

I have entered all the data from the K-1.  Box 18 A has 13.  The State information shows this number distributed across many states.  but they add up to 11.  So Turbo Tax is flagging this as an error.  But the K-1 for data simply has a mismatch.  How do I deal with this?

    Change Box 18 to 11 and see if that will clear this up.

    Too late, already sent added state xx and put a 2 there to balance.  Not ideal but nothing ideal was available.
