Question

My 1099_B is from my broker and it only contains one sum in box 8 (profit/losses) from trading S&P index. Nothing checked for short term or long. How do I enter this?

I don't have sales sections at all. Just one sum for a loss. I'm confused as to how to enter the information in the 1099-B section. Any help appreciated?
