Question

Own a Short term rental property in FL under LLC. I filed form1065 & added K-1s to personal joint return. TurboTax has option to file FL state return. Do I need to file?

Florida has no state tax and the only members of the LLC are my spouse and I

    According to the Florida Department of Revenue, if your LLC doesn't have any employees, you won't have to file a Florida tax return.
