What TurboTax should I use for owning one rental home?

    If you are going to use the TurboTax online web-based editions you will need the Premium edition to report your income and expenses for the rental property on Schedule E.

     

    If you are going to use the TurboTax desktop editions installed on a personal computer, then any of the editions can be used for the rental property.
