Turbo Tax Premier 2023, blank screen investment income

I'm running on Windows 11 Enterprise

Running as Administrator

When I start TurboTax it keeps trying to update and fails; had to manually update software using instructions here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/update-products/manually-update-turbotax-windows-software-basic/L3Wf9OPaf_US_en_US

When I go to investment income the screen is blank

I'm stuck and need help!

    These are caused by a networking disconnect even when using the Desktop Product. 

     

    Check to make sure you have a good, strong internet connection. If you are using a vpn, you might need to temporarily disconnect it. Same with anti-virus software.
