Unable to import 1099 from Robinhood

I am unable to import my 1099 from Robinhood after putting in the correct Acct# and Document ID. I have typed the IDs manually as well but no luck. I get two types of errors - sometimes it says "This import was unsuccessful. There isn't any tax-related info to import right now." Other times it just says "Invalid Signon". Any ideas how to resolve this? I have less than 1200 transactions. I am using the Desktop version.

    Apparently, if you have 1256 Contracts in your 1099 form you can't import it to TurboTax.  That was the problem I ran into anyway...

    Thanks, but I don't have any 1256 contracts.

    If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.
