Wages & Income tab - Blank page when W-2 Update button pressed

I am using a laptop (Win10) to submit taxes. However, the program displays a blank page after selecting "Update" W-2.  I performed TurboTax updates following the issue and restarted the program, but it did not clear up the blank page issue.

    You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
