Question

What category would RSU (restricted stock units) for box 14 of my w-2 be in? I can't find a good option in the turbotax dropdown menu

    It usually isn't in that box.  It is included in the total wages in box 1, etc.  You'll report the transactions later on when you get a 1099-B and it'll walk you through adjusting any cost basis and gains if you sold shares.  Then you will verify that the amount of RSUs is included on the W-2 and you're set.
