Question

why doesn't the insurance and utilities information I enter into my rental property save?

    Have you completed the property profile yet?   If not, do so.   If you have, go back through it and review your entries and make sure they are correct.  See Rental Expenses , and also see Entering rental expenses.   You may have missing information in the profile.  

     

    Can you clarify which version of TurboTax you are using?  desktop or online?   If using the online version, clear your cache and cookies.
