I cannot download 1099 data from my financial institution because the security check where you eliminate pictures does not work. It worked fine for a little while and now it does not. Whites out the bus. I have talked to 3 people from turbo tax. Useless. I have re loaded the software, put it on another computer; bought a disk and downloaded it. How much money do I have to spend on their software when the most time productive piece does not work. CAN ANYONE HELP ME!
