Anyone who updated DD info get their Stimulus check yet?

Been trying since the 15th to put in my Direct Deposit info and kept getting error messages until this morning it finally worked. Some people I saw were still waiting for it several days later n I'm just wondering if anyone that had to enter their info received their Stimulus check yet?

Hey everyone, I know its hard being patient bc we all really really need this money!! I dont know the irs schedule of how they are getting payments out but I think we all need to take into consideration that it may seem like we were forgotten about, but I think in the grand scheme of things anyone who works for the irs or the us government at that is probably trying to do their best under extreme circumstance. Trust me, I'm frustrated that I haven't received an update in over a week regarding my payment but I will say that my husband hasnt worked, well has worked under the table, for 5 years now and he used the non filer tool. His status was unavailable for the past week as well, but he recieved an amended tax return from 2013 last night in the mail and then his status on get my payment changed to eligible this morning. So that gave us hope that someone is doing something at the irs. Just try and be patient everyone. God bless♥️

Yes I agree with everyone on the waiting period about the stimulation check I know lot of us is off work due to covid-19 we all want our check I'm still waiting an I had direct deposit through turbo an I had to wait myself. We all need to be patient it may take longer than expected but calm down president Trump didn't have to do this for us getting mad an posting bad vibes not going get your check any soon we need to focus on working through this crisis not being greedy over some money

I received mine today after updating my direct deposit it said it would be mailed on the 24th. But i got it today.

This is all i get sense the 16th when i put in my dd does anyone know how long this is post to take to get a date?

@Hunterb28 mine changed from that to you'll get a check in the mail within two days so I'm not sure why its taking you so long....im sorry your not getting a update yet....🙎

Gave them my DD info like 10 days ago. Didn't check my Get My Payment status for a few days. Checked it the morning and informed me that a check was to be mailed for today's date! And in the mail it was! Hope this helps 🤗

I got the you are eligible and would have a dd date when it became available then went to being sent a check in the mail on the 24th but actually recieved it today. My husband had a dd date for the 22nd and still hasn't gotten anything? Anyone else had this problem?

Basically with happened from my experience Turbo have been handling this whole thing very sloppy because from the beginning or even when they were able to answer simple question about the turbo Visa card so that hundreds of millions of people could have had a way better outcome if you had fees or if you had an advance out of your tax return and used the turbo card when you go to IRS portal get my payment choose a different direct deposit information not the one that's on your use a different direct deposit information not the one that's on your tax return with your turbo card information cuz you will not get it there tax return with your turbo card information cuz you will not get it there even if they're both both the same numbers because what will happen is when you have a fees or if you had an advance out of your tax return what happens is when your actual return comes they first send it to a different bank to collect their fee and their Advanced first and then they send it to your card so when the stimulus check was being sent out that bank was rejecting it sending it back to the IRS and then we get paper checks instead of it being direct deposited to the turbo Visa card basically that's what happened to me I tried to play it safe and keep the same information that was on my tax return with the VISA turbo card so first it saying it was going to be deposit it today account Days Later saying I would get a check on the 24th of this month which I did get today so if you see this before you make the same mistake just put your own banking information instead of using the turbo Visa card information if not you'll get a paper check and hey at least it's coming in fast it's actually coming in before the actual date it says it would be mailed so that's good news on that part I hope this message came out fine I actually talk text it it was too much to type best wishes to everyone and stay safe

Was you able to cash it with no problem?

I couldn't cash mine due to it coming back invalid..

I did dd info on portal to an still got the check an not sure what the issue is with the check.

I went on the Get My Payment it said my payment status is not available because they have not determined my eligibility. I filed my taxes on March 30th it was accepted by the IRS. My tax return is still being processed it says and I guess TurboTax does not give the IRS your banking information unless you are definitely getting a return. So it seems to me once taxes are completed by the IRS they will either have my banking information if I am getting a return or it will be mailed to me this is just what I think anyone else have an opinion. I must say I did not do 2018 taxes

I'm speaking from experience. Don't wait on turbo tax to do it for you. I trusted them like many others and I'm still waiting for my check. If u have any kind of act with a routing number enter it in. Don't try to get it on the turbotax debit card. Trust me on that.

For those screaming "don't use your Turbo card to put into the "Get My Payment" portal, that's nonsense. The "Turbo" card is just as good of a prepaid card as any other to use to put your information into the "Get My Payment" system. I use it to receive my paycheck on every two weeks, and literally millions of TurboTax users who did not have fees taken out of their refund and/or received an RAL received their Stimulus payment on the Turbo card just fine. There were numerous people on this very board who received their deposit on it. That said, if it gives you peace of mind to use another bank/prepaid card/etc, by all means do so; but do understand that all the Turbo card is is a Green Dot card - like any other Green Dot card you'd buy at Walmart or elsewhere - with a licensing agreement with Intuit. The issues that caused the IRS not to have that card information on file for many users who had an RAL/fees removed had nothing to do with the card itself being invalid.

I too am a tt filer for 5 years, had fees taken from my refund and got the advance. I entered my bank info first day on the 15th into the portal and today is the 25th and still no status change, it still says ......you are eligible we will deposit when a date is available.!!. I thought you were supposed to get it the following week if you entered info on the portal???, so now the SSI, disability, are the next ones getting theirs by may 1st, so are we skipped over for now, or what the hell?

No I updated it on the first day ot opened to update direct deposit! It has said waiting for payment date for weeks

Mine said I should have received a check on the 24th, and I still have not received a check. I was looking here and it seems like most people recieved their check on the 24th.. Yet, i cant call the irs or anything to see what happened.. Very frustrating and I wish they would have just direct deposited it like I wanted in the first place.

It says it will be mailed out the 24th not that it will be received 24th we're just receiving it a little earlier remember postal mail text 2 days not on Sunday doesn't include so God willing you'll get it by Monday

To the person who doesnt understand why people dont have money because the extra unemployment etc.. well to you my friend. My husband filed UE march 22 and still heard nothing no paycheck since the 5th of march
