Intuit TurboTax has stopped all support. they have a robot on their phone lines and they do not accept email. They currently have a bug in their software that prevents the 5695 form. You cannot claim Insulation & Windows. It does not matter what you put in the form, it will say we can't give you the credit. It has no reason why. The form just fails.
