I worked in the University last year from January 2019 to December 2019 as research assistant and teaching assistant and received payment but my study program finished in last December 2019 and my work was over. I got W-2 from them for the year of 2019 I was unemployed for January and February. Now I work in the same University as a temporary worker(tutor) and I am also working as an independent contractor. Should I apply for or can receive unemployment benefit from Oklahoma and can apply for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program? Note that I have already filled our 2019 taxes. I am an I-485 status adjustment applicant and I have my Green Card EAD along with social security card. Any assistance in it will be very helpful and thanks in advance.

Sorry--- We answer income tax questions here.  We cannot advise you about receiving unemployment compensation.    Unemployment is a state benefit, and currently there are federal funds being added to state benefits.  But you have to go through your state's unemployment web site.  TurboTax has nothing to do with that.
