Can’t track my payment for stimulus check

I applied for non-filter tax return(Low income) on TurboTax website 10 days ago. 
And I just checked IRS website and tracked “get my payment” today. Then they say ‘cannot determine your eligibility at this time’. And I just read news that some filers for non-filer with TurboTax... other agency , might not get the check. I just want to know what is going on? I got an email that my stimulus submission was accepted by IRS. But was it really accepted? I don’t know how this thing would go to process. Is there anyone know about this? Or have same issues like me? It’s been 10 days since I applied for it on TurboTax.
