Federal Criminal restitution and stimulus

I owe Federal restitution. My taxes are taken every year through the Treasury Offset Protection program. Will my stimulus payment also be seized? This is NOT for child support. Thanks.

I've been through everything on the IRS website and cannot find anything. I was set to receive payment by direct deposit and the the IRS changed my status to sending check by mail with a letter on the 24th. This leads me to believe that the check will be blank and the letter will be informing me of seizure.
