First time filing with turbotax

i filed april 5th even though i didnt have to, i was told i could get sometjing for my children and that id get the stimulus for me and them. Well i got the 1,200 for myself by direct deposit on april 22nd but have not recieved the 500 for each child all who are under age 17, i called and talked to 3 people at turbo tax and have been led around one says i had to amend another said i dont need to amend and another told me i should have got the 500 for each child because i have them as my dependents on my form but i still have not got the money for my children...... what do i do?
