Health Care saving

I have a health care saving ,however it is a AFS Plan , what is this?

    It is most likely a regular Health Savings Account administered by AFS.  (AFS maintains many financial accounts- similar to "United Healthcare" is the company that administers your health insurance coverage).  If you are not sure (look on your paperwork), contact the company.  It is possible you received a 5498-SA  from them.
