How do I claim the recovery rebate credit if I received the first stimulus but not the second?

The system says I have received what I am supposed to which doesn’t reflect the second payment

TurboTax has been recently updated to reflect both payments. If you are not seeing the option to provide both amounts in Federal Review please update your software, if using Desktop software.

In TurboTax for Windows, select Check for Updates from the Online menu.
In TurboTax for Mac, select Check for Updates from the TurboTax menu.

If you are an online TurboTax user, your software should update automatically. However, it may be necessary to log out of TurboTax, clear your browser cache & cookies, and log back in to ensure you are seeing the most up-to-date version of the program.

You will claim the Recovery Rebate Credit in TurboTax by answering the two questions about the stimulus payments that will appear at the end of the TurboTax interview.

CAUTION: The IRS is still distributing payments for the second round. Please do not submit a tax return with $0 for the second payment until after January 15, 2021, when the payments are expected to be complete. This will not delay your tax refund as the IRS is not expected to be processing tax returns until that date.
