How to add TurboTax to PayPal throught site

Hi! I try to add my card trought Paypal when I register to here site, but there is nothings happen, no any information about error or something bug. I found this post: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/can-i-use-paypal-account-to-receive-my-refund/00/1192024

but I didn't use my refund money, I want to use money on balance.

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in.
