Need a lender willing to loan emergency funds with poor credit score

If you're behind on rent to the point of actually expecting to be evicted, your credit score really doesn't matter as I doubt any legitimate lender would be willing to take the risk unless you have some kind of collateral. So the only next stop I'm aware of would be a local pawn shop and see what you can pawn and for how much.

Meanwhile if your debt situation is really that bad, you need the 7-step "get out of debt" process. Step one of course is to stop digging.
