I used Turbo Tax for my 2019 taxes and I did not receive an email about my stimulus check, which I have not got. I setup to receive my refund through direct deposit. I have not received an email like others confirming my stimulus will arrive. Please help, thank you.

There could be any number of reasons some eligible customers may not have received an e-mail. It is also possible that you were not an affected taxpayer. In this public forum, we cannot collect the information necessary to determine if you should have received one.

I would advise you to check your bank account for the next week as the IRS will continue to process payments through January 15, 2021.
