I have been trying to log in to get my payment portal so i can input my bank information but i have been locked out for more than 24 hours. Its frustrating because i know i am qualified to getting the check but its saying i have been inputting the wrong information which i know its correct and also saying its doesnt match  on there system. Does anybody encounter this as well?

    are you picking up the correct lines on your tax return when they try to identify you? 

     

     AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

    I didn't  even get that far. I am stuck in where the ss and address is at. Been locked for 3days now.

    @Laida671  - when it unlocks, be use to type your name EXACTLY as social security has it on file.

    Yes i have been experiencing same thing. I've been locked out the GET MY PAYMENT PORTAL now since Wednesday... that's over 3 days .. and still locked out... I feel like I'm screwed I'll never the thing.. thanks for your message thought I was the only 1..

    I just tried logging  in to the portal and no luck I'm  still  locked out. I dont know what's  up with it but its really  frustrating.
