I’m not working at this moment, I can’t file due to cannot afford the fee. My question is how long will I have to file? After April’s deadline.

If you do not owe or are getting a refund you have three years from the filing deadline to file. If you owe tax due and do not file and/or pay by April 15, 2025 you are subject to late filing penalties and interest.
