My stimulus check go to my bank?

I was required to pay additional fed taxes, I did not have enough withdrawn. So I provided bank info with my Turbo tax 2018 filling to withdraw the funds. Will my stimulus check go to my bank?

AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return. Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

I have tried for two days still getting Payment Status Not Available

Don't know what to do next if I keep getting the same msg. I only assume they will eventually send me a paper check? my AGI is 25K so I should get my paper check in May?

I see there maybe an outage right now, so I will check back tomorrow or late tonight.
