Need Suggestion in writing a will/deed

Hi All,

I'm a foreign national staying in the USA along with my spouse who is also a foreign national and a daughter who is a USA citizen.  I want to make sure in case something happens suddenly to me or my spouse, all my belongings should go to my spouse/daughter and my parents/siblings who are staying in a foreign country.   Do I need to create a will/deed for this? If yes where can I get a good template and where I should register this deed or do I need to consult a lawyer and any good suggestions on lawyers?

    My suggestion would be not to try and do it yourself.
