No income since 2019. I filed 2018 tax return but had no income on 2019 and 2020. I received the1st stimulus check. Can I file no income and get the 2nd & 3rd stimulus? Is there something I can do to get the 2nd and 3rd stimulus check?
Yes. File your 2020 tax return even with zero income. You will get any missed stimulus payments from rounds one and/or two as a Recovery Rebate Credit added to your 2020 tax return. Filing the 2020 tax return also updates the IRS records on where and how to send the third round of stimulus.
