payment due

I was unaware of the payment that is due on this account. I thought when I filed the taxes I paid some costs and did not know I had this remainder. Is there any way I can pay this the end of the month around 1 July? I'm on a pension and social security and do not have the funds right now. This will be more beneficial financially or me. I am not disputing the charge and I thank you for the service. Please advise when you can. Thank you

This is mainly a user community forum, but we can tell you how to contact Customer Support, which you should do ASAP.

Did you originally chose to pay your fees out of your Federal refund? And if so, has your Federal refund been delayed a long time, or did the IRS reduce it to where it would no longer cover the fees? If your refund is delayed, TurboTax will start emailing you bills. If not paid, they warn you that they are about to debit your bank account. If you do not act quickly at that point to either pay or ask them for a deferral, they do debit one's bank account.

If that's your situation, and if you got an email that they are about to debit your bank account, you need to call them today (Thursday) ASAP to make arrangements. If they've scheduled a debit for tomorrow (Friday), it may be too late to stop, but you need to check with them ASAP.
