I need the help to plate my car. So I can drive for uber and Lyft and money back. To pay off the loan and some.

You are posting  from TurboTax but you have not actually asked a question.  You are saying you need a loan.  There are no loans available from TurboTax.  The refund loan program ended in February 2019.
