Purchased product didn't work

I purchased the program for Idaho.  I rec'd an email to download the program.   I was never able to download the program even though I tried several times.   My checking account was charged.  I would like to request a refund.

I purchased the software for Idaho. I rec'd it but wasn't able to download it.  I was charged for the software and would like for you to credit my account.
