@Poobear59 - did you file your tax return in either 2018 or 2019. ?

None of what you suggested worked. It still tells me that my information doesn't match. I filed my 2019 taxes recently but I got a notification that the returns have been accepted. I have no idea whether or not that means they have been fully processed. Is there even a way to check such a thing?

social security number must have the dashes included XXX-XX-XXXX

date must have leading zeros if necessary (e,.g. April is "04" not "4')

Yeah, I've tried all of that as well. Still no change in result.
