Your link doe not work but I think I know the issue. If you requested that your fees be taken from your refund then then the bank and routing number is not your own bank account but the 3rd party bank that was used for the refund processing. The IRS software will not allow the stimulus to to go to an account other than your own. The IRS is aware of this problem and is working on a solution. This is not a TurboTax issue - all tax e-file companies that use 3rd party banks to process refunds have the same issue. Because TurboTax and other tax companies are software companies and not banks, they cannot do their own banking by law. This issue is between the bank and IRS.
