Can anyone explain how me and my wife were supposedly to get our stimulus with the very first wave and it never showed up because we used the turbo card. We owe no money to anyone we fall under the qualifications of the stimulus for 3400$ gave the IRS our bank info right after the wave went out because this company screwed over millions of people by not having an actual dd account. And now I have to wait till apparently June to get my check based on my income becuase someone screwed up at intuit. We qualified with the 80 million people that already got checks so wth. All these tax companies had this happen to people ppl who used the card .

I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
