I filed my taxes before all these delays started around the end of December, I received my refund as a paper check. So now when I go to track my stimulus payment I receive a message saying My return is still being processed and no information is available for my stimulus check check back the information is updated once per day, this has been going on since the beginning of everything, it’s very frustrating and I cannot get anyone on the phone at irs any suggestions?

The IRS did not start accepting returns until the end of January, so I'm not sure what you filed in December. Was that for a prior year?

There is a delay in processing the returns as the IRS is not processing paper returns at the moment due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.
