I e filed my 2019 tax return via Turbo tax & received refund via direct deposit, checked the IRS tool, it says my info does not match, what are next steps to get our stimulus money? Thx

We also filed taxes and got our refund direct deposited. When I submit my information on My Payment , it also says the information does not match their records even though it is exactly what is on my Turbo Tax records. It sure would be nice to know what we should do to get this rectified. We also filed our son's (not a dependent) and got the same thing for him. We both qualify for the stimulus. HELP!!!!!

I contacted TurboTax (Michelle) very helpful. Since I applied my refund to 2020 taxes, the IRS doesn’t have my acct info, even though they used the same acct to pay my 2018 refund! So I guess I’m waiting for a check! The IRS My Payment itool is worthless, simply says our info doesn’t match, try again & then locks us out for 24 hours. Turns out the IRS is happy to take money, but is not capable of paying a stimulus payment!!
