Turbo card

Turbo card users...
Is there a way I can access my card with just my account and routing number?

I reported my card never recieved about a week ago and everytime I call the turbo card number it says we are making you a card, but doesnt say its been sent yet... will it just say that everytime or will it eventually say it's been sent?

Has anyone requested a turbo card recently and actually gotten it?

Idk but I feel like they are gonna screew me over!! I didn't care that I didnt get it when I did my taxes because I knew I had an offset but now the irs site says my money for the stimulus has been deposited on that account.
