Why is a government issued check taking 7 days to clear in my acct for an amount less than 2,000? This is not a new acct and lied about date before I clicked submit! I need my funds sooner than next week.

Hey Turbo! I just talked to the FDIC. You guys have some explaining to do with your banks and products. Per DO regulator all government issued checks should clear within 1-3 business days especially under $5,000. My mobile deposit was the fastest option since it has to be digitalized to send to Federal Reserve clearing house. And if total amount isn't available, a portion should be. On top of that, your customers have no legitimate access to any representative which is also a strike. My business is complete with you. Please expect numerous of complaints and a huge decrease in future customers. Everyone remain safe and speak out on all concerns!
