Turbo tax card phone number is automatic (NO ONE ANSWERING)

I'm extremely frustrated with YOU guys. I've been calling and calling just to ask about  refund that suppose of been in my account several days ago.  Times are hard and you guys are playing around with people. There is no option to speak to no one. I've been at this for over a month with you people. I need to dispute a charge back from March and need a refund from early April. I'm sick of this bs. You needs to get this under control. Don't give me this number to call cause its not working.

    You can dispute a transaction on the website, if you are unable to reach a representative on the line. Click here, this will take you to the "HOW TO DISPUTE A TRANSACTION".
