My name is Barbara and this is in regards to my order number <order number removed>. $80.00 is set to be debited from my bank account on 04/03/2020 for the use of Turbo Tax. I didn't use Turbo Tax to do my taxes, I only started to figure them out on the website. I used another site to do my taxes. I don't really understand why, but with all of this stuff going on with this coronavirus my work has gone down and this is really going to hurt me. I am a 63 year old widow just trying to make it and barely get by now. Please help me to understand why. You can email me back or call me at [phone number removed]. Thank you!

All billing issues need to go through TurboTax Support. Please Contact Us no later today March 31, 2020 to discuss the debit of your TurboTax fees. Make sure to use the key words Billing Issues so that you get to the right person.
