I was charged 10-31-19 for 2019 TurboTax download, had signed up for TurboTax Advantage this Spring. Now my tax filing has become very complicated, and I won't be able to use TurboTax for 2019. The email notification doesn't include an order number to request refund. How can I get the refund without calling?

Call the toll free number for Advantage subscribers shown when you sign onto your Advantage account and speak with a TurboTax agent - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

Otherwise contact TurboTax support for assistance. Use the key words billing issues.
