Sorry, but TurboTax has no more influence or contact with the IRS than you do.  If you have direct deposit information on your 2019 or 2018 tax return then that is what the IRS will use.   Did you receive your 2019 refund to that account? - if so then the IRS has that account number.   If for any reason they could not direct deposit it then they should mail a letter within 14 days explaining.

Just because you filed your tax with TurboTax does not mean that TurboTax has anything whatsoever to do with the stimulus payments - that is totally the IRS and the IRS does not share with TurboTax or anyone else.

Stop lying to these people & tell the truth!!!!! I called TurboTax this morning @ 8am I'm from Chicago, so my call was about I went to the IRS website & enter my information they stated I will receive a stimulus payment, then I went to enter all other information as well as my direct deposit information, then the system stated that it doesn't match information they have on file which is wrong, cause I was looking directly at my 1040 form while filling out information, so that's what made me call TurboTax tax today & told them what have happened, they lady stated on the phone thay, we are receiving paper check, I will receive a paper check in the mail, she said people with TurboTax prepaid debt cards will receive paper checks, I don't know why cause I have been using TurboTax for over 9 years, as well as their direct deposit.
