Can you consider your parents who came on Super Visa as dependents during the tax filing? (They have lived for a full year with me, but are not Canadians)?

Has anyone claimed the premium insurance of the super visa of his parents during the tax filing? As an expense for a dependent?

    Yes, you can claim your parents as dependants, and you can claim premiums you paid for their medical insurance.

    But they are not Canadian and have no SIN number….
