    Please double checked your Personal information.

     

    in TurboTax Online, got to the Tax Home page and click on Personal info, then Edit. Double check that ALL the information you have entered on the page is correct and that it matches what the CRA has on file for you.  Ex: SIN, DOB, name, address, marital status
