What previously was a landing page for FAQ content is now a dynamic self-help hub with FAQs, community content, and tutorials for TurboTax Online and TurboTax Desktop.

As users are navigating through the pages, there’s been two additions:

A “Breadcrumb” at the top of the article pages, that will allow users to more easily to navigate up and down the taxonomy to find answers.
A “View All Articles” navigation page that can be sorted by product.

I am in Canada and have 3 more left to file over 25.000. That is why I bought the Home and Business Turbo Tax, but it install.

Same here. I can't input SS info and I haven't been able to find someone who can help me. Very frustration. Turbo tax was way friendlier a few years ago.

I down loaded and paid for Turbo Tax 2020, however, my computer crashed and I had to reload Turbo Tax. When I reloaded TurboTax the program wanted to repurchase my free state program and the other state program that I already purchased. I think there is a problem somewhere.

do I have to mail my Illinois state taxes amended forms if Illinois automatically adjust my unemployment?

The support site must have been designed by the PR department.

Have you actually tried using it?

I can't believe how much time I have wasted on this site looking for information.

Do you know you have site links that go nowhere (page not found)?

Do you know you have "experts" giving advise without differentiating online versus download pkgs?

Did you know that a good deal of "help" given is obsolete and incorrect?

Did you know that past posts labeled as recently "updated" were in fact not updated?

I found numerous examples of information clearly incorrect yet labeled as being recently update.

It was quite obvious that the articles had received at best a glance & then rubber stamped.

TurboTax will not let me enter Social Security information even though I am in the correct form to do so. (Not on the W-2 section but retirement income section.)

We filed married filing joint last year, but this year they are asking me to provide my (spouse) AGI. I can't find mine individually. Where would I look?
