Hello! Now that I've filed, I feel relieved. Even though I am due payments to both Federal and State rather than receiving a refund, I am relieved to be done with it.

This was so easy to use. Always had an option to ask question if confused w what info was needed . Feel confident in using this n will continue in future as this first time in 10 years I’ve had to do myself . A few places I would have liked more clear answers but figured out! No complaints ! Def recommend

Well I'm feeling irritated, as I typically do this time of year. This year I'm irritated with Turbo Tax. Repeatedly got rejected by the IRS and told I needed to change this one line, which was the correct figure already, so we had to go somewhere local to talk to a real person. Shout out to H&R Block for actually having local branches and real people. We were able to get our taxes submitted and accepted on the first try.

THEN, I requested a refund from Turbo Tax since I wasn't able to use their product. What was I told? The Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to downloaded products. So no, even though I couldn't use the product they wouldn't give me a refund. Needless to say, I won't be using Turbo Tax again.

Hello, I contacted the IRS  and was told they sent my refund to you guy's so you guy's could take the fees out that I owe can you verify this?

Turbo tax is really so good though this is my first filing and basically my refund was accepted immediately ,I really taught it gonna be hard for me to file but it really so easy ,I don't have any problems with my refund everything went smoothly , it's Turbo Tax I will be using to file my tax forever ,and thanks to the IRS

I feel happy that tax filing is done. This year, I even get a little back! One problem with Turbotax is that it needs to be programmed with the states that do not have an income tax. It drives me crazy when the program keeps trying to get me to file a state return when there isn't one! I have used Turbotax for many years and am always happy with it; it just gets frustrating having the same questions asked over and over. I would not do my taxes without Turbotax. I can use it for less than $100 and a professional tax filer would charge me several hundred dollars!

DONE again!!! Been using Turbo Tax since the early 90s. Version varies by year & also use the Business for maybe 20 years now. Major life change (wife passed 2020) so ended up with a MUCH bigger than expected tax bill! So much for the Tax Cut Act 2017...what a crock! ;((

Filing really left me with a headache this year. I wasn't too worried about it going in, but this year the program feels... off somehow. Some of the questions would loop back and ask me the same thing multiple times. Some instructions were not clear, and I wouldn't realize I'm actually not eligible for a certain deduction or credit until after already getting more than halfway through the form then reading some small print in a sidebar help article... There were a couple of random empty forms that got generated and I couldn't finish submitting my taxes because it wanted me to fill these unrelated blank forms out. So, I had to figure out how to delete the rogue forms. One of them kept regenerating, so I had to delete, clear my cache and cookies, and completely restart that section in order to finally make it fo away. It was such a hassle that I'm starting to wonder if it's still worth it to use TT over just going to an accountant. But I'll give it one more go next year and see if they fix any of these issues... Man, head still hurts... 😅
