El Aviso CP09 se emite para notificar al contribuyente que es elegible para un Crédito por Ingreso del Trabajo pero no lo reclamó. Para reclamar el crédito, debe completar la Worksheet 15111.

 

Si ya ha recibido el crédito (por ejemplo, enmendó su declaración y lo reclamó en la declaración enmendada), entonces no necesita hacer nada. Pero si no ha reclamado el crédito, es buena idea completar el formulario y enviarlo al IRS.
