Should a 403B count for line 13 of a W-2 as an employee-sponsored retirement plan for a school district in Texas if the mandatory teacher retirement system in Texas is the Teacher Retirement System?

    Yes, the retirement plan box in line 13 should be checked if you have a 403B plan where you work.
