Do I need to make an Amended return for IRA roller vs conversion

I finally learnt how to do back-door IRA tax return correctly in TurboTax. However, in previous years, I simply chose to select roller to avoid double tax. It would not change any numbers-do I still need to file an amended return or just let it go?

If you marked the conversions as ROLLOVER, you did not report correctly and it will cause SERIOUS problems down the line. You will want to check if you filed the Form 8606 for each year you did the backdoor Roth.
