Question

how do i get past the question was this a 403(b) plan?If i say no it goes into a loop.

This is a defined benefit Pension plan therefore no RMD. So i answer no .

A 403(b) has an RMD according to the IRS. Select that you have RMD and have taken the full amount.

Retirement plan and IRA required minimum distributions FAQs | Internal Revenue Service states: "An IRA owner must calculate the RMD separately for each IRA they own but can withdraw the total amount from one or more of the IRAs. Similarly, a 403(b) contract owner must calculate the RMD separately for each 403(b) contract they own but can take the total amount from one or more of the 403(b) contracts.

However, RMDs required from other types of retirement plans, such as 401(k) and 457(b) plans, must be taken separately from each of those plan accounts.
